We make our ferments from organic whole fresh foods, and ferment them in European ceramic crocks:

Green Cabbage Sauerkraut - green cabbage, sea minerals     

Red Cabbage Sauerkraut – red cabbage, sea minerals 

Raw Cultured Vegetables - cabbage, kale, onion, garlic, lemon, dill, dulse and kelp seaweeds, sea minerals

Root Kraut – cabbage, carrots, beets, onion, garlic, ginger, lemon, sea minerals

*Real Dill Pickles (August- December)- cucumber, onion, garlic, dill, mustard seed. tarragon, coriander, kraut juice, sea minerals

Kimchi – bok choy, daikon radish, carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, habanero & cayenne pepper, sea minerals

We make our drinks from organic whole fresh foods and ferment them in glass bubblers:

Garlic Beet Kvass beets, garlic, ginger, sauerkraut juice, sea mineral

Ginger Kombucha – fresh organic ginger, organic evaporated cane juice

Kombucha – organically grown black tea, organic evaporated cane juice

Ginger Jun Kombucha – organic green tea, local honey, fresh organic ginger root 

Apple Ginger Jun Kombucha – organic green tea, local honey, fresh organic ginger root, organic apple juice 

Turmeric Jun Kombucha – fresh organic turmeric root, green tea, local honey  

Vanilla Fig Water Kefirwater, organic evaporated cane juice, dried fig, whole vanilla bean, dried hibiscus flowers

Aged Fermented SupertonicAll organic from whole fresh foods:  garlic, ginger, turmeric and horseradish roots, cayenne and habanero pepper, onion and sauerkraut juice with sea minerals. NO VINEGAR.  We ferment these ingredients in our crocks for a minimum of three months, which creates a smooth, delicious heat.


All foods and beverages are produced from foods grown at our farm, and/or local organic producers approved by Farming for Life, and/or from certified organic sources.

All foods are produced in European-made ceramic crocks. All drinks are produced in glass.

All foods and drinks are bottled in glass.
