We make our ferments from whole fresh organic foods and ferment them in European handmade ceramic crocks. Our label lists our fermenting times, showing how long each jar's contents was in the crock. These times change according to season and availability. We aim for long fermentation times to increase the benefits of the kraut. 

Each crock is innoculated with probiotic rich 'starter' 
from our previous batches originating back over 15 years, adding a depth of flavor and diversity of microorganisms. We pack each jar tightly and densely to give you the best value. We suggest one bite per meal as a probiotic condiment.

Green Cabbage Sauerkraut - green cabbage, sea minerals     

Red Cabbage Sauerkraut – red cabbage, sea minerals 

Raw Cultured Vegetables - cabbage, kale, onion, garlic, lemon, dill, dulse and kelp seaweeds, sea minerals

Root Kraut – cabbage, carrots, beets, onion, garlic, ginger, lemon, sea minerals

We make our drinks from whole fresh foods and ferment them in glass bubblers:

Garlic Beet Kvass beets,garlic, fresh ginger, sauerkraut juice, sea mineral

Ginger Kombucha – fresh ginger, evaporated cane juice

Kombucha black tea, evaporated cane juice

Ginger Jun Kombucha – green tea, local raw honey, fresh ginger root 

Apple Ginger Jun Kombucha – green tea, local raw honey, fresh ginger root, fresh apple juice 

Turmeric Jun Kombucha – fresh turmeric root, green tea, local raw honey  

Vanilla Fig Water Kefirfiltered water, evaporated cane juice, dried fig, whole vanilla bean, dried hibiscus flowers

Aged Fermented SupertonicAll organic from whole fresh foods:  garlic, ginger, turmeric and horseradish roots, cayenne and habanero pepper, onion and sauerkraut juice with sea minerals. NO VINEGAR. 

We ferment these ingredients in our crocks for an average of three months, which creates a smooth, delicious heat.
